We work to keep descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, images, prices, and availability accurate. Display settings, production batches, and reasonable manufacturing tolerances may cause minor differences that do not affect ordinary function.

Orders

An order is subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order due to pricing or description errors, inventory problems, payment failure, suspected fraud, resale activity, misuse of promotions, or an address we cannot serve. If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing and Promotions

Prices, comparison prices, promotions, and shipping offers may change without notice. The price and terms displayed at checkout when the order is submitted apply to that order, except where correction is permitted by law for an obvious error.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Stop using any damaged, overheating, swollen, wet, or malfunctioning battery, charger, cable, earbud, or electronic accessory. Customers are responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, incompatible equipment, or failure to follow safety instructions.

You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive activity; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape the store in a way that harms its operation; or infringe the rights of DOGDAD TECH or another party.
