Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Because many Dog Dad products are pet cleaning and hygiene items, opened, used, or damaged products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

For customer-choice returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to our mistake or a defective item, we will help cover the return or replacement process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
